Len Zaiser, IV
Mr. Zaiser is a senior vice president and general manager with Structure Medical. He is a graduate of Union College with a bachelor of science degree in political science. In addition to several leadership roles within the banking industry, he is the past president of Encore Bank and the founder of HLFC, a leasing and financing company. Mr. Zaiser is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Robert Boody
Mr. Boody is a senior vice president and general manager with Structure Medical in Mooresville, NC. His engineering skills and technical education, integrated with 16 years of machining experience with medical device, automotive, and aerospace industries, encompass the industry need for complex CAD/CAM design and programming.

Robert J. Daigle
Mr. Daigle is a senior vice president with Structure Medical. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a master of business administration. Over the past 25 years he has held leadership roles in the computer, electronic and medical device industries. Mr. Daigle is responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and organizational development.

Emeric Robert
Mr. Robert is the chief financial officer with Structure Medical. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting. He is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of senior management experience.
