Cost Containment (top)
At Structure Medical we build our customer relationships by "doing it differently" ... using technologies unique to the industry. We're aware that our customers face "cost containment" pressures on an ongoing basis. In light of this, Structure Medical uses cost saving efficiencies that lower our costs and increase margins for our customers.

Inventory Management Program (top)

Structure Medical can accommodate a variety of inventory options tailored to meet our customers’ short and/or long-term goals whether financial or operational based -- or both.

Customers need to maintain inventory levels that support all their needs in the field. Inconsistent levels have the following negative effects:

  • When inventory levels are too high:

    • Significant negative cash flow with no positive effect.

  • When inventory levels are too low:

    • Potentially disastrous effect on sales and reputation.

Structure Medical has a system to alleviate these problems for any product line it manufactures. Call for details.
